A call for help – Junior Miss Preston 2013-2014 and Junior Miss Preston Guild need your help!

This week has been so amazing!

I have had a week that has remind exactly what I have and has reminded me to make sure that I appreciate every second.

On Tuesday I had amazing news that I was a Miss AfroBeauty 2014 finalist, a direct heat to Miss England 2014 which is for girls with African or Caribbean heritage.

I am so honoured and completely overwhelmed. I am currently looking for a sponsor and I am so excited to get started and make myself proud! Watch this space for more on this!

As well as that I found out on Wednesday that had an unconditional offer to study Sports rehabilitation at Salford university which makes it 5 out of 5 on my choices for September!

I’m so proud of myself and I cant wait to get started with the big transition from college to University!

I took part in my first fashion show of the calendar year on Sunday for a wedding and prom fayre at the DW Stadium in Wigan.

Although it was an early start I had so much fun, made new friends and even had a chance to meet old friends. I have  also never been in a room full of so many pretty dresses, it was unbelievable!

One of favourite shows and I would like thank the organisers for the opportunity.

Dinner time – having a catch up over lunch!

I had a pleasure to meet up with my fellow #TeamNorth sister, Molly Hilton, Junior Miss Preston 2013-2014. Together we have come up with an idea for a fundraising dinner on July 19th in aid of the charity CRY, which will be held in Tarleton.

We are in the process of putting everything together for this so as soon as we have more information we will pass it through to you!

In the meantime we would both really appreciate ANY help that anyone can give us whether its catering, music, decorating, raffle prizes or even just helping on the night, so if you can, please get in touch it would mean the world!
