Exams, Dance competitions, and birthdays! Junior Miss Preston is making the most of her Easter holidays!
It’s Easter half term! Even though I’ll still be revising and doing work for my GCSE’s I get a bit of a break and it’s Easter! I go back to school on the 22nd of April and then it’s not long at all till my GCSE exams.
Even though I am very nervous and concerned that I won’t have learnt everything I need to I am trying to be positive and I am starting to revise as much as possible without over doing it.
I have got lot of things coming up soon including the British Junior Formation Championship in Blackpool with the dance school I attend, Fever Dance Company.
I have been going to Fever for about eight years now and I taken part in many competitions, exams and shows. I love dancing for Fever Dance Company and I always have a great time at team practices.
At the Junior Formation Championships I will be competing in two teams, a four couple and an eight couple. The competition is on the 26th and 27th of April so I will be writing a blog all about the exciting weekend soon which will include many pictures, so please keep reading my blogs!
It is also my 16th birthday on the 26th of April which I cannot wait for! I have got a party planned to celebrate my birthday with all my friends which is going to be fancy dress, it’s going to be amazing!
As usual I am going to finish my blog with a quote for the week!
This quote could help or motivate many people in various situations. It helps me with many things, sometimes just the little things or even my GCSE’s. I wanted to share this quote with you because if you really want something you should never ever give up on it.
‘Obstacles don’t have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don’t turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.’
Thank you for reading my blog! Have a fantastic week!
